francesca's — Local services in Irvine

I love the boutique Francesca's. It's a cute little shop filled with everything a girl likes. It has clothes, stationery, beauty products, home decor, and accessories. You need to come in to the store with some money because there's too many cute things to buy.

I was walking around the Irvine Spectrum and had to stop by when I saw there was a Francesca's. The store is tiny but it had everything organized and well kept. The staff was super friendly to greet you when you come inside. They answered questions and let you know what items are on sale.

You can get anything here to treat yourself or give away to your family and friends. There's a small clearance section in the back next to the cash register counter. You can find items on sale from clothing, home decor, and beauty products.

They have a reward system that you can sign up for and get points to get coupons and alerted when things are on sale. Overall, it's a cute little store with knick knacks and clothes. Fantastic customer service from Tasha and Ingrid. I walked in looking for a top for my engagement photoshoot and walked out with the PERFECT dress instead. From the moment I walked in Tasha assisted me in finding something that would fit my theme. Both gave me the right amount of breathing room to try on my outfits while also helping me select the right types of accessories. When I couldn't find the right pair of earrings, Tasha dug through the stock drawer to find me the cutest butterfly earrings that complimented my dress. Being a person with anxiety and indecisiveness, this store helped me narrow my options and helped me make choices without buyers remorse. I ended up walking away with a bunch of dresses that I probably didn't need but the level of customer service will bring me...

Natasha (sp?) is the reason why I am writing this review. She went above and beyond what a customer associate is usually expected to do. She was quick, efficient, kind, knowledgeable about the store and current deals, and managed my pretty complicated transaction for multiple people's gifts with practiced ease. I've always gotten good service at Francesca's but Natasha's performance and kindness stood out as exceptional. If her manager or supervisor sees this, I hope they give Natasha the commendation and compensation (hint,...
