I am a constant shopper for this company and I’ve been to many of its locations I can’t begin to tell you how insulting my experience was today I was mistreated by Yvette of her name dose the scram it well let me be honest she is rude condescending and forceful I went in to return a 35 dollar shirt that I noticed it was stained after I got home and I can’t believe how unprofessional and hood this store manager was I will not return to this location EVER shameful that she can’t even do what she is getting payed to do right . Site was very well stocked with many great items to choose from!! I had come in to see what was available as I had not planned on making a purchase. The employees were very attentive and even asked my group if we had signed up for rewards and to check what discounts we had available. We only walked half the store. I visited your store yesterday to purchase a gift for my friend's daughter. I selected a lunch bag and paid $91, including tax. Unfortunately, the cashier displayed an unacceptable attitude. When I declined to open an account, she seemed put off. Additionally, when I asked her to remove the tissue paper from my purchase, she refused, forcing me to do it myself.
