Sunright Tea Studio - Diamond Jamboree Plaza — Restaurant in Irvine

By now I’ve had sunright about 15 or so times when they opened in CM. It’s great that they opened in Irvine! Two locations at that. Irvine just can’t get enough boba it seems. I would say sunright is probably the best boba place in Irvine, possibly the best in OC.

Next best would be Omomo only because they don’t have online ordering and somehow the line is still out the door and wait is at least 30-1 hour. Sunright is just as good if not better and more accessible with online ordering.

The new frosty drink is bomb!! Also love sunrights cup and design.

As a general rule for all boba shops, I recommend sugar level of 25-50% for fruit teas. I usually get 25%. Boba balls at sunright are pretty good, though I think I’ve had better but I don’t really get boba balls anymore these days.

Did I already say I love mobile ordering? It’s really a game changer in the boba biz IMO. Plus sunright has promos going on right now which is great.

Lastly, no I don’t work for sunright. Almost wish I did so I can...

I love coming to Sunright Tea Studio because its consistently good. Even though I very much enjoyed the previous business that Sunright took over, Lollicup, I feel like Sunright still fills that void in my stomach when I come to DJ for lunch and would very much like to accompany my lunch with some milk tea. More than once I had to pretty weigh my options with getting tea at 85 or Sunright and for some reason I always choose Sunright :)

I always order my regular Jasmine Green Milk Tea here because its nice and creamy, with a nice flowery taste. I've order the Black Milk Tea as well which is a great drink and the Thai Tea. I though the Thai Tea wasn't as good as I wanted it to me but its very much my preference as it was a little different from a typical Thai Tea from a Vietnamese or Thai restaurant.

Overall, now that Sunright Tea Studios have been popping all over SoCal, I definitely recommend giving them a shot as they do...
