Be careful when you take passport photo here.

The overall experience was excellent before the campus went back to the in-person mode, but today I had an unpleasant encounter. I went to take a passport photo and received a photo with me slightly showing my teeth.

The person who helped me with the passport photo was friendly and took multiple pictures for me. During the process, we confirmed that it was recommended not to show teeth in a passport photo. However, in the photo I received, I slightly showed my teeth… Also, I didn’t have a chance to go over all of the pictures (about 4-5) and choose what I wanted at that time. It cost me $19 to get both paper and digital photo which could be not qualified for a passport photo. I don’t want to take the risk so I called them to see if they could send me one of the pictures they took today and I didn’t show my teeth in it. Now they said they needed to talk to the manager and would get back to me. I’ll revise the review once...

The web site says they are open until 6pm but when I called they said their summer hours are until 5pm. Good thing I called! I mentioned that they should change it on the web site. It didn't sound like they were enthusiastic about doing that. We'll see what they do. The only reason why I called is because of the previous negative reviews about this store posting their hours incorrectly. Given that this store just opened and they already have 4 previous negative reviews, I wonder how many people have to chime in before the owner realizes that the United States Postal Service is still across the street (Campus) near Chipotle. I think I will go over...

Went to get something notarized. Just hoping to get that done, but it turned out much better! Was treated like I was at a 5-star hotel! Andre, the notary/manager, was very polite, checked the notarization twice, all good. Clean, new, place, well organized. 4 word summary: "Way better than expected!" ...
