5/13/18 I was contacted right away after I posted my first review by Laura Flores the store manager at the Irving location and she was very understanding and very helpful. She made everything right and then some. I'm very satisfied! Thanks Laura Flores you were great!
I had a very bad experience with Canales in Irving! I got financed by Crest Financial. I spent hours in that store with sales associate Perla a few days before... going over items I chose and prices with her and was to return a few days later to sign my papers. I was so happy when I left there thinking I was going to have furniture for my kids bedrooms but when I returned everything changed which turned out to obviously be a waste of my time! I was told by sales associate Perla at Canales that my biweekly payment would be $110 but when I got there to sign my papers she said she made a mistake and that my payment would be $162...they would not honor what she told me and I was furious! I left there without my kids furniture! I will never go there again!

Read morePathetic. I've shopped at Canales for years and everything has been ok, so maybe it is just this store, but this experience has been so pathetic that I will NEVER shop at a Canales again.
Delivery was set for Tuesday 4.16.19 between 5-8. I received no contact from them until I had to reach out to them AT 8:15 P.M.
They asked if 9:30 P.M. would work. I had to wake up at 3 A.M. for business travel, but I would be out of town so I guess I had no choice. 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00 came and not 1 word from them or their "customer service".
I called them today, 4.17.19, and told them I was now out of town but my neighbor would be able to receive the delivery for me at 4:30 P.M. They also argued with me on the phone saying they attempted a delivery but "no one answered the door". Uh, yeah, okay.
So I was PROMISED "4:30 P.M. and proper communication".... It is now 6:00 P.M. and my neighbor has been waiting for an hour and a half and they JUST showed up.
Terrific job guys. Bravo. 👏🏼
Oh, and as a "comp" that I had to pull teeth to even get for the lack of delivery on Tuesday, I get a whopping $30 store credit. Take it and shove it cause I'm never going to your shady store again.
Oh, and they've made a huge mess in my home that they didn't bother cleaning...

I decided to return for another purchase because my first order (first review) went so well and was happy with my purchase. I can’t say the same for my purchase this year (2022). I ordered new furniture that had turned out to be a disaster. I also was very disappointed that they now charge for set up. I wasn’t told about this when I made this purchase and was shocked when the furniture was just left without them doing anything. Now that the sofas are set up I have experienced a sagging sofa, the seats slide, the material is very itchy and the pillows are hard. I’ve only had this set for about 6 months but will be selling as quick as I can.
First Review: The service at the Irving location was excellent. Laura was very helpful and made sure I understood the full process if buying. They were also able to accommodate my delivery schedule. I found the perfect furniture for a great price. I’m glad I stopped in.
Update: Great delivery service by Raul and Pablo today 3/5/2019. They were on time and very fast with the set up....
