In the spirit of supporting local, my husband and I went to lunch here today and were pleasantly surprised by our dining experience! They have done a remarkable job of erasing the bad mexican restaurant decor and replaced it with upscale/tasteful luxe booths and tables complete with black linen and burgundy cloth napkins that thoughtfully won't leave white residue on black clothes. The music is very conducive to dinner conversation. The salad bar area is backlit with colored neon and to the right is a hot buffet with roll top chaffers included in the buffet price of $18.99 ~ BUT the star of the show is the meat ($24.99 for lunch until 4pm and $39.99 for dinner with premium cuts). The gauchos are friendly and bilingual and are quick bringing the meat. The choices for lunch are limited but the picanha, although no filet, is tender and delicious and they bring a garlic version as well as the plain grilled one. Sausage, Bacon wrapped Chicken and various sirloin too. Our only disappointment was the Pork which was beyond dry and flavorless (skip it). The manager Anthony came to insure our needs we met and the waitress was attentive although shy and apparently new to being a server. The homemade FLAN was beyond amazing and my mexican husband said it tasted just like his Mom's! The two things I would change immediately were the type of tongs used on the salad bar as the food slips out of them (they should all be the small version) and there should be signage on the hot buffet items. I speak from experience as I was with a multi-restaurant company in all capacities for 20+ years including fine dining. We need to all support La Estancia and bring...
Read moreWe came in to celebrate a birthday and we're all glad we did. For a Friday night it wasn't packed i did worry cause other places you'd see more people but was i wrong to be worried! Anthony one of the managers made sure we all felt welcomed and truly made it a wonderful experience. He checked on our table often to ask if we needed anything, would refill our drinks and ven made our 6year old who is very shy and quiet play around and conversate with him. The food has amazing tase, everything is very flavorful, and they give you good size portions. The waiters were very friendly when coming with the cuts of meats and even asked if the cut was okay or if we wanted a different temp on the meat. The hot bar and salad bar had options for everyone. They have a pasta presentation table side and it's an awesome experience for everyone. If you get the chance don't miss out on the chicken salad, chimichurri and flan. Everything here is amazing the restaurant is very clean and presentable. You can have a conversation even when they have music playing. We've been places where you can hear the noise from all the conversations and even get headaches here its very relaxed, homey and elegant. Will definitely be...
Read moreFood was excellent, salad bar was slightly smaller than other Brazilian steakhouses I have seen, but let's be honest, we aren't there for that. The Flan though, that's the best I have ever had. I've never been a big fan of Flan, but this was amazing.
Constant, almost too fast flow of skewers of meat. Don't expect Wagu during lunch, but the meat was really good and we had about a dozen options. Including grilled pineapple which we actually asked them to bring back around later. The cheese bread was excellent. Definitely try it.
Prices were super affordable for a Brazilian steakhouse. For lunch, Kids under 10 are about $12-13. Adults are ~$23-25. I can't remember the exact prices unfortunately. Staff was super polite and accommodating. They were very helpful when you had questions and the manager dropped by a couple of times to check on us. It was well worth it and I was super happy I could bring my entire family to one to experience it. The...
