I bought a beautiful ring for my fiancée from this place. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their trade-in policy is commendable, allowing me to return a previously purchased ring for full credit even after it had been resized. The addition of free lifetime cleanings, re-sizings, and future discounts was a nice touch as well. However, I would stay away from their financing options. They'll repeat that no interest will be charged if the full balance is paid before 90 days of the purchase and that sales tax can be reduced, but the financing fees will not be disclosed. If I simply waited another week, I could have saved myself $125 (It would have been more if I didn't pay it off immediately).
