I’ve always loved going into this store; I visit a couple of times a month and usually buy something every time. Today, however, I was in and saw the same dress that I just bought last weekend for $8.00 less. I had my receipt-(as well as a few more things I planned on buying today)-and asked if they could do a price adjustment. The manager told me that I’d have to bring the actual dress back in. Read moreI don’t know if they have new employees or managers. Even if so I experienced the worst customer service ever here today. Usually there is a employee that is aware of you inside in the store and will take your clothes back to a fitting room. She walked by me several times finally acknowledging me that was all. When I needed a fitting room a employee was on her phone. She proceeded to find a key to open a room all while not saying one word and looked annoyed. I entered at 7:55pm to take a peek at a dress I’d seen on IG and the lady who was speeding towards the door states in an annoyed voice “we close in like 3 minutes, what did you need?!” I state I was gonna peek at a dress.
