The gentleman working on Saturday, September 21, 2024.He said he has only been working here for 10 days and is running the store by himself. I believe his name is Charles. Was extremely unprofessional he was not able to set up the phone we had purchased (Samsung Galaxy A15 5G), we had to sit in the store while we set up our phone and had everything transfered. He also tried to transfer the other line on the account and was unable to fix it without us calling customer service ourselves. An older gentleman came into the store after us and he was also unable to help the gentleman in the store with a number transfer. With there very knowledgeable, and customer friendly approach to there customers it's easy to make the purchase. They do there job with the extra suggestive selling of add on products, and again with there approach to there guests it's very easy to except or deny without feeling jaded. Said they would mail me one in a couple of days (oh boy) UPS delivered it to the wrong address (it happens) called cricket and the female saleswoman said "that's your problem" and hung up on me.
