Clean store with mostly positive experience with Andrew. Unfortunately, Google Pixel 6 Pro was out of stock. I didn't mind waiting, though, and ordered it for planned delivery after Christmas. However, when there was a system issue (unclear what happened actually, and the manager couldn't identify the problem specifically) with ordering a new phone, the situation fell apart. I left the store thinking all was good, but found out the next day that I did not have a receipt in my email. I called customer service, and after nearly 90 minutes of talking in circles, I finally got routed to the local store. I was told I would receive a phone call later that day to get the issue resolved, but that didn't happen. The next day, still no phone call, so I drove in to get clarification and a receipt for the sales tax. The person that was supposed to call (Sean) got defensive, telling me he was going to have the manager reach out on Monday. That is not what was established the day before, though. Ultimately, I had to get the entire order cancelled, and I left the store, still disappointed that it was handled so poorly. I was able to successfully place the order for the new phone online, though, at home. The manager (Reggie) did call today, but he never apologized for the issue and actually called me the wrong name ("Jill") at the end of the call. I requested some type of credit on my account for the needless hassle and poor customer experience, but that's not been followed up on as of yet. Read moreStopped in last night to get my 2 daughters screen protectors replaced. One young guy working by himself (forgot to get his name) but he was helping another customer at the time so we waited about 20 minutes which was no big deal. Now after us 2 other customers walked through the door and were also waiting. The screen protectors that we needed unfortunately were not in the store but the guy (sorry I can't remember his name) was going to put on another one that fit. He said he puts it on his phone and fits perfectly and we were fine with that. He was scanning everything in and it wouldn't let him get past a certain point until he enter a "manager's code". He tried calling his manager, which he said left him alone in the store and left early and his manager had his phone on do not disturb so he was able to get a hold of "Andrew" who he said was the district manager? Well we (as in my husband, myself and 2 girls) heard the whole conversation, Andrew refused to give him the manager codes so he could sell us the screen protectors. He told him he had to call his manager (which he tried too) and told him that he had to tell us to leave and come back. Now I've been coming to this store and have never had an issue, all the guys working there are awesome and the gentleman that was there last night was excellent (I'm sorry I forgot to get his name) but a district manager telling his employees that they need to tell customers to leave??? Read moreWent to get a new screen protector for my IPhone 13 Pro Max. Was told I had a warranty on it by them. They did not have it in the store. They told me to call # for customer service. Customer service tried to sell me their new internet package and gave me the run around after spending 30 minutes on the phone I got zero results. Went back to the store in Irwin. They said they couldn’t order me one bc AT & T doesn’t make them anymore for my phone. So what good was my warranty? I had to order a screen protector from Amazon. They said come back and we will put it on for you. On, went back on Saturday. The store opened several minutes late with customers already waiting outside. Not enough employees there and there were already 2 people ahead of me. All I wanted was a replacement screen protector put on which I had to purchase myself and it had a warranty they said they couldn’t honor, and now I would have to wait for 2 people ahead of me bc they didn’t open on time and there was only one person there.
