Before you go, I highly recommend you download the app. The app is super simple to use and is great to see all of the choices they have. You can pay through the app, pull into the rapid pick-up parking spot, walk right in, and be out of there in a matter of a minute or two. When I went in the restaurant, it was almost empty and the person at the counter was very friendly. We typically have great experiences at this location. We ordered a 12 piece variety chicken bucket meal. It came with the biscuits and large sides. We typically order the macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw. We also ordered the 8 piece chicken tender box. I like the app because it forces you to select dark meat or variety. If you like dark meat but always forget to ask, it is a great reminder. The other thing you can do on the app is pick all of your sauces. Lastly, you can select extra crispy chicken. If you have never tried it, you must! The extra crispy chicken is the only way to get chicken from KFC. The only thing I do not like about the app is that there is no reward system in place like other restaurants. Read moreI have an esophageal problem n cannot eat anything too dried out so requested the 2pc white meal that I ordered be gotten from the LAST batch so some of the moisture would still be in it. The girl that took my order was not happy w my request...and showed it. When she handed me my order I asked her if it was hot and juicy. She grudgingly told me that ALL the chicken I got was fresh up. When I opened my order I was shocked and disgusted. It appeared to be cooked twice, it was so browned and dry!!! I could not even eat one piece of it. When I took off the overdone breading, the chic was so overdone that it was as brown as the breading. There was not one bite of salvageable meat on the wing and the breast was as dry as a bone. I am so tired of employees who lie about things thinking that I'll never know the difference. Read moreVery disappointed with the quality of service here. We placed an order online and went to pick it up, expecting there to be some sort of sign or directions on how to pick up our food (due to the ongoing pandemic). Nope, no sign and all the doors were locked. Unsure how to proceed, we called to ask if we needed to wait in our car as other restaurants have been bringing food out to people or if we should go through the drive through. The phone rang and then hung up on me after nobody answered.
We decided that going through the drive through was our only option and did so. Upon inquiring if that was where we should be picking up our food, we were told it was, so we waited there. Our food was then handed out to us without a single further word from the drive through attendee.
Overall, just a poor experience...
