Curious Cat — Local services in Irwin

I have been to this shop several times and unfortunately have never had a positive experience. Each time I have come in, the owners or workers (i’m not sure) sit in the back and whisper among themselves. No one even says hello or offers to help you find anything. I always say hello and goodbye when coming into small shops and these people have ignored me every time. I’m all about supporting small local businesses, especially during the holidays. This shop has some very unique gifts but the customer service is so bad it turns me off from buying anything. I would give this place no stars for customer service if I could!! I have been in several times and every time I come out feeling disappointed. I will not be returning to this shop or referring it to a friend based on the poor treatment I have...

We happened to stop by as we were in the neighborhood and saw the sign, and had to go in! A variety of quality home good items, all very lovely. They had a variety of homemade artisan items, many related to dogs and cats. The owner of the Curious Cat was very kind, he even offered our family some cookies that they had. I ended up purchasing a few items that I'm really happy with. Glad we saw the sign and were able to stop by....

I bought honey for my mom. Tom was great, called me as he said he would when an out of stock product came in (he held it for me without requiring me to pay up front). I easily found parking right out front both times. Quick, easy, friendly staff, great honey, supporting small business. Nothing negative...
