Isanti Municipal Liquor Store — Local services in Isanti

This is the best liquor store for miles when it comes to price and bourbon selection. They are the only liquor store to reliably stock Buffalo Trace products, and they receive allocated bottles such as Eagle Rare, Weller, and Blanton's on a fairly consistent basis. Granted, they may only get one or two bottles of each, but they do not upcharge to the extent of many other liquor stores. For example, Blanton's, when it can be found, sells here for about $85, even though other liquor stores are asking up to $150 for the same bottle. The hard to find stuff is kept behind the counter but out for everyone to see and sold on a first come basis rather than being saved for favored customers. The rest of their selection is also always good and fairly priced. The staff here are always friendly and helpful so if you can't find what you are looking for they will either show you, order it for you, or recommend another store that may have it. Went here on a recommendation and found it to be just about the nicest liquor store I've ever encountered. Such a wide selection of MN wines at great prices. I'd say one of the best selections I saw of MN wines and even some WI wine as well. I didn't check out anything else but they have a very nice site that shows you what they have in stock. The Muni Reserve wine was recommended for me which the cashier said he helped bottle and I found that to be really cool. I will be buying that next time for sure!
