Cinnamon's Florist — Local services in Issaquah

Not a good experience, you may want to consider another local florist. This scenario was completely unnecessary and unprofessional at best, and shady at worst. The online ordering system does not auto-generate a delivery confirmation like most florists. That's fine but for the fact nobody answered the business number during business hours that day or the next, to confirm the delivery was made. During one of the call attempts, after ringing over 20 times, the call appeared to be forwarded to a generic voicemail with no greeting that tied it to the business. I left a message requesting confirmation of the delivery and included the order number and my contact number. Over an hour later I received a "text" from an unknown 3rd party cell number from "Theresa" asking for the order details which I had already given on the message. I texted back that the incoming number alerted as spam and asked for confirmation "Theresa" worked for the florist, and asked for a phone call instead - preferably from the florist business number since it was during business hours. Or, email a delivery confirmation from the business order system. "Theresa" never responded back so I called the business number one last time, again during business hours, and still no answer. Unfortunately I was put in the awkward position of contacting a member of the funeral party who confirmed the delivery was made. Poor customer service all...

Teresa & Cinnamon Florist of Issaquah saved the day for me. I had ordered flowers from another place thinking I was ordering from a local company, everything in their ad said they were local, I was trying to deliver to NorthBend so I tried to order from a Northbend Florist. After 4 days and multiple excuses multiple phone calls and false updates my flowers were still not delivered. (AVAS FLOWERS DO NOT USE) I called Cinnamon Florist. Teresa listened to my frustrations as I was so upset as these were for a friend who had lost her Son and I was ordering on behalf of 6 other friends. When I explained what had happened Teresa calmed me down and assured me she could duplicate what we were wanting and get it there the following day. Purchased a $75 bouquet. When I came to pick it up it looked like a $35 bouquet. It was very sparse but pretty. I noticed she didn’t have refrigerators in her shop. When I asked about it she said they would t fit through the doors and she keeps them cold elsewhere. Maybe that is why the main flower in my tiny arrangement, ( a peony) fell completely apart by the time I made my 10 minute drive home. I will never purchase flowers from here for myself or to be delivered to anyone from this place again. It was an extremely disappointing experience and it just doesn’t seem like their heart is in it.
