Walgreens — Local services in Jacinto City

Today is March 9, 2019 around 7:35am the weirdest thing happened to me this morning I went into Walgreens to use a ATM I needed to break a $20. So as I was heading towards the candy aisle I saw yellow labels $0.99 that grabbed my attention and there were gum for $0.99 I believe they were 6 different flavors I was trying to see which of all 7 I was going to bye. There were strawberry ,orange ,watermelon ,cinnamon bubble gum, and mint ,and the blue kind.. so I grabbed one mint and one blue kind . As soon as I got up I turned to my left and there was the manager I believe it was and the cashier I actually felt weird because they were looking at me like if I was going to steal something then the cashier tells me are you ready.. I felt uncomfortable especially with them standing right there beside me and me trying to decide what gum to buy the only thing that I could think about was to get home because I had just got off from doing a 12-hour shift at work and seriously I have to deal with this kind...

I’ve lived and worked in the area since the early 70’s and this location has always had the worst pharmacy service ever. It seems like even the normal refill of prescriptions I have been taking over 8 years seems to always be a problem.

Communication between pharmacists and their staff is horrible. No one ever seems to know what the issue is.

I get told one thing when I’m in front of the counter then I get home and receive a call from the pharmacist about not being able to fill my prescription.

I’m really taking this personal because I have even caught the pharmacist looking out at the drive thru window to see who was in the vehicle when I’ve taken my scripts through their drive up window.

I’ve had to go with out some of my meds for up to 2 weeks because of some issue or another. I never have these issues when I visit the location off of Woodforest, Federal road or Walmart or even Sams.

I would love to be able to use my local pharmacy without all the issues from...

one star because of one single lazy & unhelpful person. I went to pick up an order & had a free photo order ready too so I called to have both brought to me since it was curbside. the guy on the phone was helpful asking for the name & things like that but when I see the employee come with my order, I decide to tell him too. he’s like “was the photo order curbside?” “what’s the name” and then just gives up and says “you have to go in and pay for it” and I’m like “it’s paid for” and he’s like “you have to go in and get it” he’s so lazy always been lazy in that store my gosh. mind you they had the hispanic guy who helped me on the phone working his behind off and doing every single thing. he was at the photo department, getting calls AND cashier. here’s the lazy dude couldn’t even be found in the store doing NOTHING. the lazy dude has like graying hair & this was all on 2/23 at 5:00. do look into that because it’s not fair to burn...
