Subway — Restaurant in Jacinto City

first let me start by saying I have been a loyal subway fan for years but I have had had the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH SUBWAY recently.I WILL NEVER EVER get anything else from you . I order $40 dollars worth of food to be delivered on DECEMBER 28th . Did not get a single item I ordered !!!! When I called the store 11013 market street suite D,Jacinto city 77029 . The women in the phone was both rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! She did not listen to anything I said and in turn told me it is not there fault and that I should have came to the store instead of the delivery. She repeated to say it’s not their fault nor responsibility to see where my items where . I requested to speak to a manager she placed me on hold for 20 min then say the manger didn’t answer . At that point I repeated that I needed to speak to a supervisor or someone in management she refused to contact anyone else and proceeded to hang up in my face and did not answer any other attempted calls.I tried calling the complaint line that’s provided online NO ONE ANSWERED was on hold for 2HOURS. Decided to send an email since apparently that’s the only way to speak to someone . I got a basic automated email saying “I would receive my refund in 5-7 business days “ HOWEVER IT IS CURRENTLY 10 day in and I have yet to get ANYTHING. not even a follow up email about my complaint . I went to get my sub bought 2 did a curbside order I have been doing this for awhile have not really had a bad experience till today .I ordered 2 subs one for me one for my son went received my order came home and omg both of our subs look like trash kind you payed 20$ 10$ for each one the bread was so soggy as if he dipped it in water or something the veggies were thrown in so messy half of the stuff I said I did not get in it I could not even eat it was just slop ….very disappointed I have ordered this sub so many times before and never have I received it like this ..at all it’s usually a lady that’s is very nice and neat but the young man that was there today did a horrible and I mean horrible job my poor doggy didn’t even want to eat it so that should tell you something …so...

I go here occasionally, I always get a turkey Italiano, the store is always clean, I can’t give you one time I have seen anything out of place, the food is always fresh as well, in the past their have been a few rude employees, but the new employees at this location are completely sweethearts, I went in today to get my usual, and unfortunately the two girls didn’t know what it was or how to ring in up, I talked them through the process for both, they did struggle a little bit, but both girls came together to help one another, and were extremely polite and patient, the person training these employees are doing a fantastic job, the manager is doing a amazing job, I...
