Personally annoyed with my experience here, came in for a simple stick replacement on a regular Series X/S controller, even provided them with the part, an Arknes TMR stick which is better in quality then the Alps Potentiometer sticks that comes standard with these controllers as they won't break down as fast or develop stick drift quickly. While they did manage to replace the stick they did so by using a default stick because apparently they had MELTED my replacement because they used the wrong tool for the job. Heat guns are meant for DEsoldering not REsoldering in these cases, that's what soldering irons are for. Ones for removal the other for applying. I came back to ask them why they had used an inferior part and was told they had melted the replacement stick I provided, which they didn't even apologize for, I'm not sure if it's a lack of experience on fixing this type of controller but there were plenty of mistakes done on their part for this repair, one of the face buttons needed to be pressed harder after receiving my controller back and the little AUX port brick that goes inbetween the motherboards for this controller was just straight up missing, I had a spare from a junk controller thankfully but the fact it was missing in the first place is an issue. We had left our item on the glass shelf for us to buy after browsing. After a few minutes of browsing we noticed that another customer walked in, snatched up, and purchased the item we wanted directly from the same clerk we talked to. We asked the clerk what was happening and he literally just said "this guy already bought your game." He wasn't helpful at all and completely disregarded how upset we were at this.
