
I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00pm. I checked in via text at 2:42. At 3:17, I received a text to come in, that the stylist was ready. She wasnāt, and I was told it would only be a few minutes. A few minutes went by and another stylist told me to please sit down because it would be a while. A young lady came up and mumbled something, I thought she was talking to the receptionists. She then asked for Shirley and walked away. At 3:32, I told the receptionists that I was leaving that having to wait 30 minutes was unacceptable, and being texted to come in when the stylist wasnāt ready was extremely unprofessional. Clearly the communication at your salon is lacking, as the stylist I was scheduled with messaged me saying she was ready for me a little after 3 and then sent someone up to get me, who Iām assuming is the young lady who was very hard to hear/understand. I am very disappointed. I wasted MY time on one of my last days of vacation. I get things happen, but there was no communication to me that there was an issue. My 9:45a appt was moved to 10 (via a phone call at 9:20a when I was already on my way) When I came in, I looked at both girls sitting at the front desk for a bit before I was even greeted. Awkward... Eventually I was taken back at 10:05 for an hour facial and brought out at 10:50 š¤(I paid $70) The service itself was fine except for the length. Christal was very kind and considerate but her colleagues continued carrying on conversation right outside our door. Pretty sure I could share details of every employees weekend plans but instead Iāll just recommend you steer clear. Upon checking out the young girls at the desk again looked annoyed that I was in their presence as they ignored me for 20-30 seconds. A little over a week later, three broke and air bubbles in the rest. I asked the manager if I could come back at a discounted rate, considering the circumstances and she shifted the blame onto me, stating it was probably my nails that didn't take to them and refused to even give me half off. That is completely unfair and unprofessional. 70$ down the drain.....
