We've been to a few candle making shops and would not go back to this one. We were told no reservations were needed and then treated like we interrupted their morning. The guy who explained to us what we needed to do was rude and condescending. On the phone when I callednI was told the setting would take 1 hour, then when it was time to set the wax we were told 2 hours. When asked about the 1 hour time to set, again the person acted put out. When it was time to pay, the employee hovered over me which made it awkward when the system prompted me for a tip. Read moreWho knew that making candles could be so easy. At least, with the help of Zach and Adam, that's how it felt. They were very patient as our group of 22 worked our way around the room choosing vessels and scents to craft the perfect smelling candles. The place was well decorated and the atmosphere was relaxing yet fun. They also provide a space for snacks or a light meal as you go through the process. It does take a little time, but it's a good experience. We really enjoyed ourselves, and will definitely do it again. Unfortunately, when we came in we were told they had a workshop booked (we came around 1245pm) and they wouldn't be available til 3pm for walk-ins. The atmosphere is amazing as I am sure their candles are. I just wish it was apparent on their socials that we should have booked a workshop before driving over from the other side of town.
