Strawsers Ice Cream Pop and candy shop — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Ice cream was okay. After looking at their Facebook and instagram I thought we’d be in for a great family treat. We ordered the ice cream nachos. It was one scoop of ice cream with 4 small waffle cone pieces that were stuffed into a tiny ice cream cup. There was no way to properly eat the nachos with how small the cup was and again the fact it came with 4 small waffle chunks. Wasn’t worth the $6. They were also out of chocolate and vanilla ice cream, so a good chunk of stuff on their menu isn’t even able to be made. I am obsessed with these raspberry candies but they’re IMPOSSIBLE to find anywhere else. So imagine my surprise when I found them at Strawsers! I would clean the place of the too small (in my opinion) bags every time they were in stock. It got to the point that the poor owner would recognize me, and all I had to do was pop my head in and he’d tell me yes or no and I’d be on my way.

Imagine my surprise when he posted on Facebook that he got bulk sizes! He ordered giant 5 pounds bags and was more than happy to let me take one off his hands. If that’s not good customer service, I don’t know what is.

10/10 and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for...

We have been here a couple of times now. Each time, the available flavors have been a little different.

I was not expecting the blueberry cheesecake ice cream on our second visit since it was not there the first time. It was pretty good. Just enough blueberry flavor so that you know it is there and a good distribution of cheesecake bites mixed in.

Don't make a decision on a single visit!

Just enough ice cream to satisfy that need. Plenty of candy if that is what you are looking for. Quite a bit of unique bottled soda flavors.
