Columbus Running Company of Grove City is open! There is parking directly behind the building. You can enter through the front door off Broadway or the backdoor by the parking lot. As someone with anxiety, I need to know what the parking situation looks like! I visited CRC Grove City with my mom, husband, and daughter. We all walked out with a new pair of shoes. I will use mine to run. Mom will use hers for walking, and my husband will wear his shoes for work. You do not have to be a runner to LOVE this store. The customer service is top notch and the knowledgeable staff was exceptional because they were able to help everyone find a perfect fit for their specific needs. Top notch service! Upon walking in the door, the employee noticed what shoes I had on and made very specific comments about them. Without asking, she made suggestions by what I was presently wearing. Impressive! The employee took her time in helping me find what I needed. She brought out many boxes of shoes. Additionally, she was patient and a good conversationalist. I appreciated this aspect. The only reason I give the store a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the price. $150-$170 for a pair of "tennis shoes." Ouch! walked in this past weekend, Allyson was already helping another couple, asked me what I was in for. Told her I was shopping for shoes. As the couple she was already assisting were trying on shoes she came over to me and asked for my needs, explained that I was looking for a certain shoe advertised. She got those and a pair that I was already familiar with, as I am trying on shoes she goes back over to the couple and checks on them. She goes to the back to get them another couple of pairs of shoes, and brings me a pair of the same (which I ended up buying) Bottom line Allyson did a great job at tending to me and the other costumers already in the store, she made me feel very welcome and made sure my needs were met....
