The fact that this business threatens to tow vehicles patronizing the business in the SAME SHOPPING CENTER shows how low class this establishment is. If vehicles are being left, that would be one matter, yet why should CONSUMERS risk parking their car in locations that obviously are not parking spots and possibly be hit, because the business right next door are axxholes.
