I wouldn’t give a one if I didn’t have to. Worst customer service EVER. We have tried to order custom cabinets 3 times now. We were told last Friday to come back on Monday (today) because they didn’t have time to finish what we wanted on Friday and they didn’t have time to order cabinets on Saturday. Came back today and the guy wasn’t even here. We were told again they didn’t have time to order them and to come back again tomorrow. This came from manager. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Update: I emailed the owner as requested. All I heard from him was crickets. He never responded. That is just another example of their great customer service. This is absolutely THE place to get any home supplies you need while renovating. They have a fantastic supply of flooring, cabinets, counter tops, bathroom supplies and more for fantastic pricing. However, what tops their prices and selection is their terrific customer service. Every time I’ve been in, all of the guys have been incredibly helpful as well as knowledgeable. I’ve asked them a lot of questions on various projects, and each time they’ve taken the time to answer my questions, give recommendations and show me options, as well as help me load my car with what I end up picking out. With their help, I’ve completely redone my kitchen for a great price and I look forward to future projects with their help....

I like this place, I like shopping here and the employees are not all on top of you trying to up-sale junk. They don't get confused when you ask a question either, very knowledgeable about the items they carry. It's not a huge store but that's what makes it worth stopping in for.
