Great pawn shop. Of course they only buy what is selling. Tools. Guns. Electronics. Musical Instruments etc. They are reasonable, will haggle for the sake of haggling. Their Jackson store is a small shop but their primary store is much much larger.

This is a pawn shop. They must base their margins on the current lowest internet prices, shipping figured in as well. You can bring them a brand new from the store item that retails at $500, but if that same item can be had online with free shipping for $200 that's the starting price point you will receive a percentage of. All pawn shops work on this same principal.

Dicker and Deal pays a bit below average however. In my dealings with them (again depending fully on the item and it's demand) you can expect a loan of 15-30% of an items lowest online selling point based on it's condition.

Much of their pricing is also live database driven from the special computer software they use - just like your insurance company uses if you had a broken window and needed it fixed.

Precious metals and gems are paid out at the current daily price nationally.

The staff are friendly, personable and good people. Don't try to bring in no b.s. and you're all good. They love to haggle but know their limits. They will haggle on the "vig" for a loan if it's high dollar, but you should expect standard Michigan/Federal interest rates for smaller transactions.

All was great with them until..... I got a loan on an item diamond earrings to be exact... When I called and came in to pay for my loan I was told I didn't have anything in. Now I seen them today and I ask about my loan history low and behold I was in the right they now want me to pay either the late fee from October to Now or the price they are asking when it's not my fault I was told I never even took a loan out make it make sense people!!! I wouldn't have the late fee had you been honest from the start. I walked out mad and will never do business...

Bs store. I bought a 4k 144hz monitor off Amazon for $550 and I had it for a while then needed to sell it for the money.
