Best coffee anywhere-we live in Florida now and can't find anything close. I grind my own espresso beans and JCC beans are the best! Too bad their website sucks. I filled in all my info, got to the "how did you hear about us" question, selected proper item, clicked next and BOOM! All my information vanished! Tried it again and ignored that question--Placed an order to ship to me. Website promised an email confirmation. Not. Called a few days later and the gal couldn't find the order based on the order # that JCC gave me at checkout. After several minutes on the phone, she told me they would be roasting soon and order would be shipped then. That was 2 weeks ago. No coffee. No email. No evidence it has even shipped. They did charge my credit card on Monday--6 days ago. Where oh where could my PAID FOR...

I live 30 minutes from here; have at least 6 different coffee shops I drive past just to get here!!! Literally had the best frappes EVER!! My go to is the caramel brown sugar frappe with extra caramel drizzle. Mouths watering just thinking about it 🤤 Prices are cheaper then Biggby & Starbucks!! And they have a stamp card for every drink you buy you get 1 stamp. Once you fill the card up, you get a free drink 😃

Update: They must have a new barista because the frappes are absolutely disgusting lately!! I've been in 3 different times this week, same lady making the coffees, and everytime my drink is wrong! All you taste is burnt coffee. Not happy at all!!! Been my go to for years. I'd rather buy McDonald's frappes, least they are...

Love this place. Great coffee and I love the punch cards. Nothing like a free treat every so often. The batistas are so friendly and always ask how you're doing and make very friendly conversation. The downtown location is awesome with live music on fridays. I would give 5 stars but the only negative is alot of the special coffee flavors are advertised around the shop and not on the menu so its easy to miss some of their new yummy flavors unless you look all around the place first. Same with the drive thru only location on airport. The special flavors they have out are posted on the building past the speaker where you order so its hard to notice them till you pull up.
