Lean Rocket Lab — Local services in Jackson

Be wary of doing business with this organization. We have been working with them for months, and things were initially good, but have taken a change for the worse recently. We have been scheduling about one meeting per month for our business clients at Lean Rocket Lab, and without any advanced notice, we were told that no meeting rooms would be allowed for client meetings going forward, despite us having already paid our dues for the month with client meetings scheduled. We schedule our appointments more than a month in advance and now are having to scramble to reschedule our appointments at a new location. Our clients take time to rearrange their schedules around our availability for meetings, and now to ask them all to reschedule to a new building and potentially a new date makes us look ill-prepared and unprofessional.

We also had an issue last month where the staff did not show up at the posted and previously expected business hours, leaving our clients locked outside initially with us not having access to the meeting room we had reserved until the manager showed up late.

Unprofessionalism and poor communication seem to be the new norm here,...

Wow. Accidentally stumbled across this business and I will definitely be returning next time I’m in town. I had a BYO yogurt parfait that loaded with goodies and a cold brew with white chocolate and lavender. The order was DELICIOUS, filling, and best of all ONLY $10!!!! Lean Rocket Lab does a great job at nurturing manufacturing tech startups. The co-working space is also a much needed addition to downtown Jackson, MI and is worth checking out if you need temporary or ongoing space.
