Hibbett Sports — Local services in Jackson

This store didn't have our size so we ordered them from Jennifer who then placed the order from another store.... we are approaching 18 days no shoes ever arrived, still haven't received a resolution or refund! There's no support for in store ordering through phone support and corporate only contacts you through email. Nobody wants to be accountable or make this right! We were told at one point we could pick another pair of MVPs off the shelf but we really wanted the red mvps. Now that we dont want to wait any longer, picking another pair is no longer an option for some reason. They will basically have our purchase or refund tied up for 24 days by the time we even get a resolution. I would definitely avoid using this business specifically this location! Shame on the entire staff for the lies, stalling, sweeping this...

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the two young women working at Hibbett Sports in Jackson! Their customer service was absolutely exceptional. My son and I came in to buy him a pair of basketball shoes, and they went above and beyond to help us find exactly what he needed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient truly made the shopping experience enjoyable.

This one in Jackson has subpar customer service compared to gallipolis. There was three women working when older 0f the others was very rude. she said things under her breath when I ask questions. I asked her does she have this shoe in this size and she said yes and under her breath she said (that's going to fit tight) she's very unpersonable and lack of personable attitude just trying to sell me something. I felt like I could just went and got my own shoes in the back and rung myself out. More likely won't be back...
