Burger King — Restaurant in Jackson

Had a very busy day an didn't have a lot of time for lunch .so after leaving the lawyers office with 2 hungry ill kids that get grumpy if you don't feed them the same time everyday . We were exhausted do I stopped at burger king an I hung st wanted a good large glass of ice tea an to sit down an shut out all the business I had taken care of with good results. So we went inside burger king on carriage house drive .it was quiet we were greeted with a very nice cashier that made our visit very pleasant .she was very professional at the same time smiling an pleasant not like most that want your order your money an act like they can't get you out of the way for the person behind you. So we ordered she was very patient with kids not rushing us an making suggestions to help them deside.we got our drinks an a table an this order was ready by the time we got seated . 6 whoppers .large fry an 3 drinks .Now where can you go an get the food needed to prepare3 that an not have to cook it a quick meal an another for supper . total $34.00 an it was awesome service an pleasant surroundings the tea was great sweetened just right with a fresh brewed taste. I highly recommend burger king in all areas of customer satisfaction .An was really impressed with the service .Its a 5 star when you luck up an get good service a good meal an treated as an individual an not rushed through like an assembly line. I never reply to ratings on anything of tis nature. But this was a well deserved rating ..Thank You Burger King the others could take lesson from you especially on customer...

Terrible and the manager KP had an attitude and tried to be smart. Today make 2 days I had to have them remake my order. I had told her I had spoken to Rachel about my order already she said she know she saw my name in the book. She said I already told them to go ahead and fix your order I said you already saw me standing here she said yes you come every week which is a lie today made my second time going back up there, if they had fixed my order right I wouldn't have to go back. I told her what I had told Rachel she said I know. I asked her for a cup she said Rachel didn't write down anything but burgers I said I had told her that the drink tasted like water. But they don't have to worry about me EVER COMING BACK THERE AND IT WILL BE KNOWN ON SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL. As I was walking out the door I realized that they didn't put the fries in the bag so I turned around and asked her why they didn't put the fries in the bag she said Rachel only put replace the burgers when I clearly stated to Rachel that the fries was cold I literally stay 2 minutes from BK. I WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH HER SMART MOUTH AND ATTITUDE. I tried to respect her but my patience was getting worse so I told her give my receipts back and walked out the door and left before I could get in my car good and take off I see KP outside smoking a cigarette. Then I went to McDonald's and taco bell to get my family something to eat I had no problem with them at all everything...

Well, I never do this but I felt I had to with how I was treated...I told the lady in drive thru at the intercom twice that I wanted a #1 Larged and when I got to the window she handed me a small coke..I said is this a large? And a another lady that looked to be the manager said No!! , you didn't order a large. I said Yes, I did!! But it's whatever...she never offered to fix it or anything...she had a bad attitude!! Then when they gave me my food, I asked nicely if I could get 1 ranch...the manager said hateful...that will be 25 cents..I was like okay?? But in my head I'm thinking you messed up my order, did not offer to fix it but is still gonna charge me 25 cents?? But I just gave the lady the 25 cents...she took FOREVER and just stood there for the longest before she came to the window with my ranch sauce... I grabbed it and started to pull off...she then proceeds to holler out the window cussing at me saying "why did you snatch that out of my hand!!" I was like what???? What are you talking about🤔🤔 She acted like she seriously wanted to fight me...I just drove off...like how is a manager going to act like that?? That's the worst service I have ever had in my whole life...but it was all the manager lady, not the other workers,...
