Wild Bill's Tobacco — Local services in Jackson

Normally when I go into Wild Bills Everyone that works there are Friendly and Helpful I Get Good Service

Yesterday when I went to get a Refill of Vapor eLiquid I was waited on by a young black salesman right away I picked up a vibe coming from him Not Friendly When I asked him to show me some of the other Vapor Inhalers, another customer came up to the register He turned away from me and waited on him. He then came over to me I was looking for one of the Vapor Inhalers that you could Regulate the flow. I mentioned that mine didn't do it He said well the Cheap ones don't All the other ones do But they Cost More Then you're Cheap one These are more expensive then your Cheap One I finally said mine Cost $26 Dollar I don't consider that Cheap He said well it is compared to these other ones

I'm assuming there was no manager in there Because I'm sure he would have stepped in

I got frustrated with this guy I went in the store to buy a Refill and Also to Buy Another Vapor Inhaler

Wild Bill's Store Lost a Sale That Day Because of His Attitude

If the Inhaler was something I liked and Cost More I would have probably bought it

Just like the $26 SMOK NOVO KIT When I bought that I bought 2 $13.99 e-LIQUID along with an Extra 3 pack of Nova Pods My Total that day was Over $60

I cursed and said I'll come back when there's someone that knows what they doing

I'm waiting to see if other Customers say oh that Salesman is Good

Was at West Ave and Ganson Street store, 3 employees in the store, two of which were at the wall talking and doing something, the male worker behind the counter was on the phone, I was the only customer in the store. I waited without saying anything for over 5 minutes. The employee on the phone was scanning a bunch of different cigarettes and giving prices over the phone. I finally said something out loud, “Can you sell me cigarettes or do you not want my business?” The employee on the phone said, “I’m on the phone!” I replied, “I know, but not with a customer, you’re talking to another store. Do you want my business or should I go somewhere else and you loose my business?” I waited, got no reply, the employee on the phone just looked at me and said nothing, I WALKED OUT, never will I return to that store again!!!

I then went to the E Michigan Ave store and was greeted as I was walking in the door of the store, bought a carton of cigarettes and was treated like a person! I highly recommend the E Michigan store, will never go to the West Ave...

I love the Ganson Street location. Everyone that works there is kind and courteous, quick and efficient and no matter how busy they are, there is never a long wait. All the employees there are very personable, I walk into the store and they know exactly what I want. I live near the E. Michigan store, which is awesome too, and that's where I usually go because it's closest to me, but if they are out of something I want, I automatically head to the Ganson Street location. The store is always stocked well, clean and the displays are well put together. A special shout out to Chase and Hannah, they make my shopping experience at this location easy and hassle free. They are always highly professional and fun to talk to. I highly recommend...
