My wife and I drove over an hour to visit this location with the intent of purchasing several Lego sets. The staff was very pleasant however, the owner, was not so much. There were bins and sets all over the floor that this kid said we could not touch when I picked one up however, there were no signs and they had prices on them. He also berated me when I turned a mini fig around, that was on the counter, to look at it. He snatched it up and stated that's $200! Then why was it on the counter out in the open? When I asked an employee who the kid was I found out that was the owner. After telling the employee that he was the reason we would not be spending any money in his store. The owner, from across a busy store, then exclaimed "you look with your eyes, not with your hands!" THIS IS A LEGO STORE THAT HOSTS KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTIES. I'm so excited this store opened in Jax! There are so many sets (recent and retired ones) at very good prices and with a good variety. There is also a wide selection of minifigures as well across all series and popular sets. There are also bulk buy legos and the ability to trade in your old sets for store credit. All employees were very friendly and helpful in answering questions. I will definitely be back to buy again. Update 11/30/24: There are so many more sets now since the last time I visited. I hadn’t planned to visit this store, as I wasn’t aware of its location. However, I happened to notice it while driving through the plaza and decided to stop in for a look. The store is small but well-organized, with a good selection of mini-figures and a dedicated corner for retired LEGO sets.

The gentleman working there was very friendly and allowed me to browse freely without feeling pressured. I ended up purchasing a small LEGO bag set. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
