the employee dana literally took an item out of my hand & said someone called & requested for it to be held even though i was a customer in store who held it first. she shouldn’t have told a customer she would hold something until she had it in her hand and knew another customer wasn’t buying it. i was extremely upset so i got the female manager who was incredibly kind & helpful & told her what happened & she got the item back to me. there’s no reason an associate should act this way but the manager in the situation was great & made my experience better! my advice don’t deal with dana when...

Update: 7-13-2021 I stopped in to grab a sketch book for my daughter. I love that they have a wide range of artsy type supplies for a reasonable price. It is way easier to pop in here than fight traffic to get to Michaels!

I am surprised each time I go into a 5 Below store and make what i think is an outrageous request knowing that they would not have the item. Well, surprised again, they do sell android wireless bluetooth for less than $10! Imagine that and I'm told the sound was great by my callers.
