I have been taking my girls here for a long time and while it is no long close to where I live I ALWAYS COME BACK.
You can describe the atmosphere as friendly, but at times it seems more like family. They pay attention to any special needs you may have and you never feel rushed or hurried. In fact, I have some issues from athletics they continue work on and overtime it has gotten much better.
So I have to admit my girls are older now, so they prefer to go with their friends, so I roped one of my close friends into going with me so I am not the only guy in the building. He was a college quarterback and is very particular about his feet (like really particular, like OCD particular) and he loves IMPERIAL NAILS.
I normally get the Signature which includes hot stones, scrub, paraffin and massage. There are some that are higher priced and some more basic. They also have a mani-pedi combination if you are interested. My girls swear by their gel nails, but I don’t have experience with that.
So try to call ahead, especially on busy days like the weekend. And when you get there, let them bring you a beverage and relax. You will be like family in no time.
Want to Splurge - get the deluxe essentials package which lasts 60 minutes and has a host of botanicals that are applied.
On a budget - just get the regular manicure or pedicure and give them a try. They will treat you the same no matter what package you get and there is never pressure to...
Read moreI can’t recommend this place enough! After a few visits everyone starts to feel like family, every specialist there (because that’s what they are, they care about their art and their clients!) takes the time needed to make sure you’re leaving happy and confident, they won’t let you leave until you’re completely satisfied. If the specialist you have doesn’t feel 100% confident doing exactly what you ask for they’ll ask for help and before you know it EVERYONE is coming together to make it happen. The best part is there’s no pettiness or animosity between staff when this happens. It’s absolutely beautiful to watch, especially when it’s for you! I have a hard time taking compliments about anything except my nails, and that’s only because of the care, effort and concern of everyone here at Imperial Nails & Spa. Their prices are more than fair, I typically pay between $80 & $100 for a builder gel manicure WITH nail art, and I’d like to think I tip well. As much as I hate risking my ability to get the best mani around by writing this review and giving them 5 stars they deserve it. Stop picking up fungi and god knows what else at subpar salons and make an appointment at...
Read moreI've been here 4 different times and for varying experiences. They're always good at fitting people in for same day manicure and pedicure appointments but the service between their staff isn't consistent. My most recent experience, the person who did my pedicure seemed like he was doing nails for the first time. My toenails had grown long and I asked for it to be trimmed. He cut them in the most asymmetrical shape ever. I would have done a better job. Then when it came to painting the toenails, he painted over my skin and it was a smooth straight line. I tried to explain to him that I wanted him to correct the big to nail paint next to the cuticles and he couldn't understand what I was saying in English. A coworker of his tried to explain it to him and then got frustrated and took over from him and salvaged the terrible job he did. I'm not sure why they would have someone working on customers who isn't adequately trained. My SNS nail experience that day was the best SNS nail job I've had in the 4 times I've visited. Next time I visit, I'll ask for Tony and hope for a better experience before giving up on visiting this store for...
