So I just wanted to share my experience with one of your employees that works there. Times are tough we all know that I was in line and I had asked about paying with three different forms of payment some cash and two different cards. So by the time we got to the end of the transaction both my first payments went through but the last payment of $22 did not go through and I felt like I was having a mini panic attack from like all the people in line and feeling embarrassed and I said I'm sorry to hold up the line I just want to check my checking account and find out how much I have I know it's cutting it close type thing and so I did that and the remainder was $22 and I had like $21.30. I looked to the gentleman and told him I had 21:30 so I just need to take one thing off but he said don't worry about it I've got it. There were so many people still waiting so I looked at him shocked and I said thank you and I walked out to put my groceries away and I came back because I wanted to get his cash app to pay him but he told me that he was a single dad of three kids and that he understood that times are tough and that I didn't have to worry about it he said he didn't have a cash app and not to worry about it and I just wanted to say he is an exceptional person to do that for someone he did not know and y'all need to know what kind of awesome employee that you have working for you.    Read moreI am shocked at the horrible customer service that I just experienced at this store today on 9/21/23. I came in after 7pm when they are winding down for the night and I just needed to swap out a bag of salad that had gone bad before expiration. Since I have swapped items before and I wasn't asking for the twice is nice money refund, I tried to communicate with the cashier that I was just grabbing a new bag but he said he couldn't hear me. When I got closer to tell him that I was just swapping bags and don't need a refund or anything, he brushed me off saying that he was with another customer. I said I could see that and I was just letting him know that I was swapping bags so I didn't have to wait in line for no reason. He ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS and said something like "sure whatever." Before walking away, I pointed out that eye rolling is not good customer service and his reaction was very blase. I am in this store weekly- sometimes 2-3 times per week. I have never seen this employee before and I hope not to see him again. Every other employee is an absolute treasure.    Read moreMy first experience at Aldi was yesterday and the customer service was a total disappointment. My cousin referred me to this place and spoke highly about it so I wanted to give it try. Myself and my toddler started at the fruit section which wasnât bad at all then we made our way to the meats when my daughter stated that she had to go âpotty.â I saw an employee with blonde and blue hair (I didnât get her name) putting away a few yoga mats and I said excuse me about 3xs before she semi acknowledged me and said âIâm on break.â I was confused as again I was watching her put away/stock the yoga mats so then I proceeded to ask âmaâam where are your restrooms?â In which she totally ignored me. Thankfully a young couple who was in the same isle heard/saw the entire ordeal and directed me to the front of the store. I was shocked and highly upset. Maybe she was having a bad day regardless that doesnât give her the right to treat people like that but I digress. I wonât be returning to Aldi at least not...
