I ordered online two large subs. Said it would be done at 3:15. Walked in the place at 3:02 and went to counter and told staff and manager I was there and they announced to the staff I was there for my order. About 35 min go by, I see 5 or more customers come in, order, get their food, and sit down and eat. So, frustrated, I went and asked where my food was, every staff member looked at me like who are you, then asked my name and they began frantically looking for my order, and yes, the manager that I spoke to when I first came in , is part of this crew that had no idea where my food was, then a young man finds my bag that fell behind the toaster and proceeds to hand me my food and manager standing right there says nothing. I get my food and go to open it and the food was cold and soggy and inedible. I have messaged corporate twice and they still have not responded and it's been days. I do not recommend this place at all. Oh, on top of it, when I messaged corporate they kicked my submission put due to using profanity, all I said was a cuss word that was not directed to people or anything like that. Since then, I have made two more submissions to corporate and all I get is silence, I just want my money back and let everyone know this company has proven to be unreliable and won't hold its employees countable for their actions. On top of not allowing me to execute my right of freedom of speech. I have never been so disgusted with a place... as far as I know , since they don't hold employees countable for actions, they could have picked their nose and then made the sandwich for all I know, that's how much faith I now have...
Read moreMy Son and I try to have lunch at Firehouse subs 2to3 times a week. We are very particular about the way the food is handled and prepared. We have found a Firehouse Home store at Skymark and Maxx Legget Dr.... I've observed the way the manager is on top of Quality Control. All employees always show myself and whoever is with me the up most Respect and Courtesy. The restaurant is clean and Sweet tea is always ready! Last week during our lunch at Firehouse the Manager did something that brought tears of joy and happiness for a little girl about 5 years old with some physical hadicaps to over come! But her mother had visited Firehouse subs with her that day I will Never forget. This little girl has no left arm below her elbow and some serious vision problems........ But she could see that shiny Firehouse Fire Truck sitting in front of cash register and grabbed it and started playing with it right away and of course her mother made her put it back. She was a little disappointed and the manager picked up on that... He seized that moment in time... The lady and her little girl went to leave and the manager with his family like gigantic Smile said ma'am and stopped her to give that little bundle of joy a Brand d New Firehouse Fire Truck too that little girl...... She grabbed that firetruck with every ounce of Love she had in her heart!! That manager at that store showed sooo much compassion that my family will always be Firehouse...
Read moreI am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service my sister and I received at your River City Marketplace location in Jacksonville, FL. Prior to placing our online order, we called the restaurant to confirm that pickup orders were acceptable and were assured they were. However, upon our arrival, the employee greeted us with undue hostility, stating, âI shouldnât have even said we would make your order since you want to place an order 5 minutes before closing.â She continued to be extremely rude and disrespectful as we waited for our order.
Upon receiving our order, we discovered that our subs were not prepared as customized, missing several requested ingredients. This experience was highly unprofessional and disappointing, especially consider in we had confirmed the feasibility of our pickup order beforehand.
I kindly request that you review the security footage from that evening to assess the situation firsthand. Such behavior does not align with the standards one would expect from your establishment, and I hope appropriate measures will be taken to prevent future occurrences.
The name of this employee is Kayla one of the managers at...
