Been there 2-3 times a week for almost 2 years. Do the math. Let's say twice a week. Would buy a $9 milk shake (plus tip) and would buy desserts as well. Then I would bring my family and kids to buy stuff also. So your math is wrong lol. I wonder why so many people have said the same thing. Why is maydays, cold stone, and dairy queen way busier? Because you leave a bad taste in everyones mouth. You always been rude since day one. Never have I been pushed away from any store or restaurant.
A review is meant to help you and make adjustments. I watched you deal with many customers and you are never friendly. Not to mention he fills his milkshakes with ice and every flavor is just powder. I never ever seen a milk shake made with ice from over 50 other ice cream places. Just cutting corners to save money. But I get it and still tried supporting a family business for over 2 years. I'm not the only one who has apparently had these problems. On yulp and Google this happened with other people. You just are mad and the look on your face says it all. I still can't believe I was accused of writing a bad review. It was probably a Uber eats driver since apparently I'm the only one who has been there over 10 times. I been here well over 75 times
Today I walked in to get a milk shake and was not only accused of writing a bad review but was drilled by the owner and wanted to know my name. I had no idea what he was talking about about so I went and read the bad review that was left and it was spot on. I been a good customer for almost a year and always leave a tip also. I have probably spent over well over $3500 in the last year or so, if not more. Idk what makes you think I'm entitled and disturbed other customers. I always was nice and specifically always brought you cash when I could so you could throw it under the register. Everything that other person said was true also. And I always say hello, thank you, tip, and say good bye. The owner even got mad at me one time for coming 10min before closing. He asked me to stop doing that. Who does that? Just close earlier if you don't want the business. Then the other day I heard him tell the sweet employee not to put whip cream on my milk shake. Then when she did it a couple days later he asked her "did he ask for whip cream"...... Just trying to pinch every penny he can. I hate leaving bad reviews but you should never accuse someone of writing a bad review. Should have looked at my credit card to see my name if you thought I wrote it. Who would write a bad review and then come in the next day again? Think about it. Another...

From the moment I stepped into Eleon Pizza in North Jacksonville, I knew I was in for a culinary treat. The inviting ambiance, characterized by warm lighting and a cozy interior, immediately sets a welcoming tone. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles, making us feel right at home.
Now, let’s talk about the star of the show—the pizza! Eleon offers a wide variety of delicious toppings and crust styles, catering to both traditionalists and adventurous eaters alike. I opted for the Margherita pizza, and it was nothing short of perfection. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside yet delightfully chewy on the inside. The quality of the ingredients truly shone through, with fresh basil, rich mozzarella, and succulent tomatoes that made each bite a flavorful experience.
One aspect that stood out to me was the attention to detail. It was evident that the chefs take pride in their craft. The presentation of the pizza was striking, with vibrant colors and a generous helping of fresh toppings. This passion for quality resonated with every bite, making it obvious that this isn’t just any ordinary pizzeria.
The service at Eleon Pizza is another highlight. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our drinks were always filled. It’s such a relief to dine in a place where the staff genuinely cares about enhancing the dining experience.
Moreover, the prices are quite reasonable considering the high quality of the food. It’s refreshing to find a restaurant that strikes the perfect balance between affordability and culinary excellence.

Read moreI recently purchased a cake from this restaurant. The cake was a beautiful cake on the outside, but on the inside the cake was not good. The cake tasted like it was in the freezer for some time. None of my guest were able to enjoy the cake. I returned the cake to the owners not looking for a refund, but to simply give constructive criticism back and apology for the inconvenience. When I arrived in the store and voice my concern the male owner of the store began to raise his voice at me and proceeded to tell me “something is wrong you. Leave my store.” As a paying customer I felt disrespected. Like my opinion does not matter. Him and his wife told me that they cannot refund me for the cake because his wife tasted the cake and see no issue. They told me that I returned a cake that was already eaten . However it was a kids birthday party so of course half of the cake was already pre cut to share for the kids. This was a two tier cake the bottom was vanilla and the top was chocolate. I brought the cake back with half of the vanilla cut and one slice of the chocolate was cut out. The way they handled this issue no one should endure. They told me that something is wrong with me and that the cake not tasting good isn’t any of their concern. I proceeded to ask them “how do they handle dissatisfied customers?” And they said they don’t because they never have dissatisfied customers. Well there’s a first time for everything right? So I then ask how do you plan to handle dissatisfied customers in the future and their answer was as ignorant as it could be “ we don’t plan too because we know that our ingredients is quality ingredients. So that’s the customers problem. “ Not even a simple apology they were willing to offer. Instead they rather go back and forth with paying customers. No solution to...
