I placed an online pick up order for a yarn project I am working on. I initially wanted 20 skeins of yarn š§¶ but it said they only had 14 available, so I changed my quantity to match availability. This item is currently on sale with a buy one get one at 50% off (regular price $9.99 each) I received confirmation that my order was being processed and another notification that my order was ready for pickup. It wasnāt until I received a āCancellation & Refund Noticeā that I realized they only had half of the order. What is even more confusing is why my credit was only $18.82? When I placed the order, I was charged a total of $112.72 less discount and tax for quantity 14 skeins of yarn, so if half my order couldnāt be processed itās pretty obvious that the math on my refund should be much greater than $18 š³ When I called, the young lady seemed just as confused and said she had to file a report because even she was unable to properly calculate what my actual refund should have been. Since I had yet to pick up this order, I asked if it would be easier to just cancel this order in its entirety. So now Iām waiting to be properly refunded before I buy anything else, bringing my current yarn project to a standstill š Am I the only one mind blown by this? By the time I finished writing this review, I was issued another credit of $37.55. Who is doing the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was here with my mother to get a flag box. The store was clean and organized however I am removing one star because getting someone to assist us in the framing department was not easy to do. After the young lady responded to the call she acted like I was disrupting her day. I told her what I was looking for and she pointed in a general direction. She seemed to be more upset when I asked her to show me since I hadn't seen them. She walked over and pointed them out behind one of those portable steps used for putting thing up on high shelves. Then before I could ask if I could move the steps she glared at me as snapped with will there be any thing else.
I don't care how organized or unorganized a store is because customer service is the most important. I will see if they do better next time and will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is an arts and crafts store. There are lots of things to buy. They have little shopping carts which you can fill with things to buy. There are a few people that work at the store. They're quiet and friendly. The lights are like those at a supermarket. Everything is very bright. There is soft music playing, maybe. You go to check out. There is a long aisle of other small things to buy like candy. They have lots of specials almost everyday. The specials border on the outrageous. 70% off. Buy one, get two free. If I have to buy art supplies, this is where I will go. Maybe they could improve the tracking on the shopping carts. My shopping cart had a slight wobble, but it did not detract from my Michael's experience. Final note is this store has a...
