Donut Palace — Restaurant in Jacksonville

My son, Isaiah, and I (I'm Shane) decided to have donuts this past Sunday morning, 31DEC23. Everything was great! From the time we exited our car and entered the Donut Palace, I was impressed. We were greeted by the lady busy running drive-thru. Even though she was busy with the guest at the window, she made sure to greet us as we walked in. Then, not skipping a beat, the cook came from the kitchen, greeted us and immediately began filling a box with the donuts 🍩 we chose. We also got 2 dozen donuts holes and 2 cinnamon rolls along with our dozen donuts. The variety was great and he even gave us the 6 glazed and 3 chocolate covered glazed donuts from the batches he just made so they were still hot!! We could not have asked for a better experience. Without a doubt, Isaiah and I recommend Donut Palace. I've decided that Isaiah and I will start all our Sunday mornings with a trip to the Donut Palace. No sugar coating !!!! upon pulling up to the location and entering the building, I noticed the lobby was very small with limited seating area. While waiting to be acknowledged by aby staff, I was browsing the food selection and noticed that there were knats flying around in the case which contained the kolaches. After waiting for about 5 minutes (and not being addressed when entering the building) a staff member came to assist me. She politely asked for my order and cashed me out. Whenever i got into my car and began eating my donuts, i noticed that the donuts were cold like thsy have been sitting out a couple of hours.
