Everything was okay but when I had it was like the bill was $13 I think I was short a dollar and I got a pennies and so dime and the woman did not want to count it she kept telling me I ain't have enough I kept telling it was enough I counted it myself in the car he did not want to take it so that was bad you supposed to get good customer service two other people said they was rude people in there they only phones where they taking bill money and everything. Her name his Breanna f so if you go to this cricket just make sure you got all your money cuz then if you have some pennies or dimes they do not want to count it they count it if it ain't so much pennies in there so if you can go to another cricket store go to another...

Beware! This is a scam store! Check your receipt and don't accept anything that "comes with the phone" for new and transfer service with a new phone. Thought it was free "comes with the phone", not the you pay for it kind. EJ, who is bilingual, says "comes with the phone" means you pay for it and I agreed to pay for something I thought was free but never told me I was specifically paying for it. Manager is in on the scam. Beware! Shady location!

I enjoy Cricket Wireless as a service, but they hire dishonest people. Good thing I only have to deal with this location once. I won't ever be back for any future purchases. This location lost my business and that of my friends, family, and (hopefully) those reading...

When I walked into the store, it was so clean. I felt that the employees were taking the pandemic very seriously. I needed to ask a few questions, and Karen and danyelle were very helpful and very professional when providing me answers. I needed to transfer information from one phone to another, and Karen and danyelle helped me to do that, while also showing me all the specs and everything on the new phone. They even offered to put my new tempered glass on on my phone for me! All in all, a great visit...
