I visited this store as a first time customer yesterday May 16th, I spent $798.00. One of the reason I spend so much was because upon my arrival - one of the sales associates, Kipp, told me that tan colored tags were 90% off, and she even went so far as to show me where I could find most of them in the store. Upon my checkout - I signed the receipt - not realizing that I had been charged %75 percent Ana not the 90% I was told. So I asked to be given the difference, and I was told no, and rhat Kipp âmis spokeâ. Not only was this not my fault - but the sales rep/manager - Laura, was so rude and nasty to me that I couldnât even believe it! Here I had just spent almost $800 in their store - yet I was being treated like I HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG, which I hadnât. I never raised my voice or lost my cool - just simply asked that they speak to management about my concern, and I left. The next day (today) I received a call from Lauren who said she had spoken to her management and they agreed to give me a refund for the difference. I was elated, so I drove 45 mins to return to the establishment only to find out that werenât going to give me the difference! They were going to refund me but only if I returned the purchases! This made no sense to me - I wanted the items I purchased. But they refused and were even more rude than they were the day before. Yelling at me and arguing. I simply left with my purchase and never said another word! If youâre reading this review - I hope you can relate to this review, and hopefully will not patronage this business because of how I was treated. This is unacceptable in todays economy and society of social media. I will never go back...
   Read moreIf you want your wedding dress to be given to donation 6 months earlier than said and not have any communication with the manager or the owner, this is the place. I gave them my wedding dress on November 15th 2021 and they said itâll be in the shop for about a year before it is given to donation. I call monthly checking in on the dress status. Then, I called for the month of July and they said it had been given to donation 3 days prior. The girl on the phone stated that they usually wait âabout a yearâ until given to donation when I asked when they decide to donate the dresses. When I signed my contract in November they said the exact same thing, itâll take âabout a year.â The manager suddenly said âoh sheâs new here, thatâs not what we doâ yet the same information was given to me in November. I emailed the owner, Harry, and he doesnât respond to me. He calls the manager to call me to offer a gift card for an incredibly low price. I did not think that was fair compensation for my $1400 dress, so I asked what else can be done. I have followed up with him 3 times and heard NOTHING. They deserve 0 stars for communication, in the sense I was lied to about when my dress would be given up and the fact I was told my dress would be given up later than this time in November AND my July phone call I had with them, and 0 stars for the owner completely ignoring my concerns and messages and doesnât even message or call me directly but foolishly uses his manager to talk to me who canât offer me a better compensation for my loss because of them.    Read moreI've been coming here for 8+ years and still will because of good prices however the new management is far from organized. I would like to add the store had maybe two customers in it when both events occurred. I went bridal shopping yesterday and although I didn't find a dress; I did find a veil. I asked how long they could hold an item and they said until 6pm the following day. They didn't take my name when I left it which looking at it now, how could you hold an item for an individual without their name. I came back at 12:30 to get it today, the veil wasn't where the girl had left it- she said it might have gotten returned to the rack so I said a quick prayer and went to look. Luckily it was there but if it hadn't been truthfully this rating would be worse. I was lucky enough to find the idealistic-pinterest-board-veil but what if it had gotten sold as this is the only Bridal FiFi's location in Jacksonville & it's wedding season. I'll still be returning to FiFi's to shop however be wary of holds and well, I also won't be raving about the business to friends anymore.
