Do not buy any Pandora items from this Hallmark shop! I bought a small Pandora ring that my girlfriend picked out on 12/21/23… three days later the ring broke unexpectedly … when I attempted to have it replaced on 12/26/23 I was told that no returns or replacement could be made without a receipt… I showed the employee the bank transaction and was told that the most they could do was to check the security footage and call me back. This never happened. Even after repeated calls to speak to the manager It’s a disappointment because I have always shopped at this store for Pandora.
