My spicy sandwich was made wrong. The scanner wasn't working so I have to upload my receipt into the app soon to get my points (not a biggie). After that, the cashier had to log into the next register to be able to scan my app to redeem my reward for a soup. If there is another register that works properly, they should have been using that to begin with! Then the cashier tells another employee that the scanner hasn't been working for months! This guy also didnt have a welcoming or pleasant attitude from the beginning.This location in Jacksonville was filthy!! The counter tops, the mirror in the bathroom, floors, the wall was marked and stained in several places at the corner booth where we ate. One of the doors in the bathroom stalls is not centered properly and hard to close. Some of the staff was unprofessional by the conversations, loudness and confusion they had going on. The area on the side with the dividers should not have stuff pushing on it and making the dividers zig zag, looking unorganized and disheveled! It also makes the walkway to the bathroom uneven, and you see the stuff smooshing it from inside. The walkway to the bathrooms had paper on the floor and squished food on the floor in front of the bathroom area. No other customers were eating there and it was not busy at all! Employees grouped together chatting outside in the drive through, like 4-5...more inside the divider chatting with each other like it's a break room and nobody can hear them. So many employees and the place is trashed and not functioning up to par. This was the worst CFA we have ever been to! Food could have been warmer too and my large fry should have fries go above the front smaller rim! That's why I ordered a large and not a small or medium. Read moreI just moved in the neighborhood and every experience has been horrible.I had the worst experience last night. Abbey the manger was so unprofessional.First I had a big order …on one meal they said I had to order something else due to them not having the wrap as I ordered. Then forgot my meal . I waited 20 minutes and abbey came back asking to get my bag back to look at everything in it as if I was lying. I was denied a refund for the replaced meal, denied the store manger information and told I was banned and could not come there anymore because I requested a refund. Abbey stated that I didn’t “ask “ for a refund and I was my choice to get something else .She also said “ it’s a small difference and tried to shove .50 at me and said ..you want .50 back ..( which was definitely the wrong refund amount) .Abbey was rude the entire time starting confrontation and setting a bad example to her other employees all due to the fact that I wanted a refund. I’m a black woman and the whole entire experience was poorly handled .. I do not have to steal especially for missing fries and chicken tenders ( they still forgot the fries ) . The staff were already resolving the issue and I was patiently waiting for my food and refund with no issues until Abbey stepped in without even realizing what was going on and that the issue was being resolved . She assumed that we were lying and being confrontational I’m not sure if it was due to our race or due to the fact that we appear younger than our actual age so she assumed we were young women , whatever the reason .. Read moreThis location has been a disappointment. I am a regular at the Wells Rd location but due to remodeling I have had no choice but to try the Oakleaf location. Both times have been unpleasant. The first being I was overcharged for my order. The cashier kept trying to adjust the price but then tried to convince me that regardless of if i chose to have a sausage egg n chz biscuit or just sausage eggs and cheese they were the same price. When I called after leaving the drive thru just to verify the SAME person answered and said there’s a possibility she did charge me incorrectly. Beyond that, the fast paced drive through that this company is known for is subpar here. I don’t mind waiting 5-10 minutes but at this store it took upwards of 15 minutes and there was no sense of urgency. The staff doesn’t smile and I’m yet to get a “my pleasure” from the cashiers or runners. Today was no different, I pulled in at 8:30 (to the same uninviting woman that overcharged me last time) and kept my order simple. Just a chicken biscuit meal. She gives me the total, still just as dull and flat as she wants to be- no smile, no my pleasure, no nothing. I said ok no big deal. I get home 5 minutes later and bite into the dryest hardest chicken patty and rubbery biscuit. There’s no way it wasn’t from yesterday! If it wasn’t, it must have been the first biscuit made from 6 am that was forgotten about until I ordered it. Needless to say, today was my last time giving oakleaf CFA my money.
