But I need my car stereo checked out. Inspected. And looked into. To figure out why it hasn't worked or sounded right for awhile. And to do the necessary sodering, repairing, & replacing to get it working and sounding like it once-apon-a time did. Are they just as good & focused at car stereo repair, installing, custom subbox building/designing? Lol. Thats what I want & need to know. Reading all the reviews it sounds like their specialty is window tinting. They got a couple 1 star reviews on car stereo. And their anything but good. Trust me. Lol. One starts off in capital letters WARNING!! Lol . One talks about no one knows their ass from a hole in the ground much about car stereo. Another one talks about how one of their customers put 40 unnecessary miles on their car because of how lazy ass they are at answering/returning phone calls. And how hateful and shitty they can treat their loyal customers. An other review talks about how the owner is kinda bad about sneaking off on little road trips. When he should be at the shop working. And if their not busy some tend to sneak out and go home early. I dont know if i should let these kind of people fool with my car stereo or not. The more reviews I read the more my gut is telling me go somewhere else. Lol. Regardless of how far i have to drive. The 1st thing that comes to my mind is their a weekend shade tree car stereo type shop. Rookies. To work when they want to work. When they feel like working. When its convenient for them to work. WARNING!!! I had set up an appointment to have an aftermarket car stereo installed on 06/06/17 for my wife's birthday. I get to the business and an employee tells me that the owner is in Florida and they don't know how to install a stereo. The employee tells me that the owner has done this before to another customer. He proceeds to also tell me that no one else that works there knows how to install a stereo. Needless to say, I'm totally pissed that they couldn't even call me to cancel the appointment and save me and my wife from driving 20 miles to get to Jacksonville and back home. What kind of person runs a business like this and doesn't have the common courtesy of calling you to cancel the appointment? Obviously, it's someone who doesn't care about their customers. Hi Tech needs to take the Audio off their business name because apparently Tinting is all they can do. Save yourself the time and trouble, and avoid this business and the jerkoff that runs it and go to a reputable company that knows how to treat...

Went there and the guy I talked to on the phone was nice but already gone for the day. The guy I dealt with in person was treating me like I was stupid asking me questions and when I didn't answer correctly, looking at me like I'm stupid and saying that doesn't tell him anything.. all I wanted was one window tinted...
