Out of the few other shops I've been to in jville, this place is the best. They are the most fair with their prices when your selling or buying something, and they keep it real with you. Adrian has always kept it 100. I was in there looking at their knife collection, and a guy came to get his item out after a couple months. He stormed out angrily after telling them to keep it, as he didn't want to pay the price with the interest that it incurred. After a few minutes he stormed back in wanting to reset the item before leaving so his data wasn't left on it. Adrian kept it polite and professional throughout the whole encounter, retrieved the item for him to reset, and asked him what he was expecting to pay to get it out today, after a few minutes, the guy left with his item back and a smile on his face, and Adrian accepted almost 70$ less as a one time courtesy for the guy, just so he wouldn't have to go home upset without his item. A+ man. Super cool that I got to witness that. Gives me lil bit more hope in humanity. Communication really is key 🔑 Thanks Adrian for always workin with me, keep up the good work! Wow! Adrian is SO helpful. I walked in there without a clue of how to properly gage my expectations of the value of my jewelry. I had no idea how/if the market value fluctuates often or what number to start negotiations with. He could've ate me alive with how uneducated and unprepared I was but instead he took his time and explained how everything works with pawnshops and how to know what to ask for and how to understand what's a good deal. I knew nothing of negotiations concerning this matter and he gave me a whole crash course without ripping me off or making me feel stupid. He genuinely took his time with me and taught me quite a bit. He was polite and HONEST which is rare in the pawn shop world as it is. Thanks so much for this very lasting impression and for helping me to prepare myself against sharks!!! Awesome customer service here....

I don't give reviews a lot because usually nothing sticks out to me, but the helpfulness, knowledge and advice that the staff here wilfully gave me in assisting me in doing a FFL transfer was above and beyond, not to mention their customer service and communication skills which is not just industry standard but exceptionally above.

I really appreciate the offer of advice and it immediately struck me as these guys had nothing to gain from giving me that and it just shows that they are well intentioned and good human beings and that is what this world needs more of!
