Wish I had read reviews before coming in today. My 2 year old had Been there over 5 hours.was feed a lunch of meat balls that were NOT cut to a safe size. When asked the employee jess, were they cut she said," oh we go through great lengths to make sure that we do all we can to get the child to eat, including cut them up" I asked were they, oh I don't know was her response. Then she said no we didn't cut them. I asked why would you feed my daughter a food she could possibly choke on?!? on. Then I noticed her clothes were soaked... with urine.... the only changed her right before I came back. only once. I was lied to by 2 staff. One of the girls even got rude and loud, (makes for a bad atmosphere/energy for other kids) They told me she had an "accident", like a spill or something, after investigating I found that truth is they just didn't change her. . I then asked for the owner. Jess told me I had to email her, and she wasn't there. (Saw her car in the parking lot) only then did someone go to get her. When she came out, no apologies, she looked like I was bothering her. There is a big red flag when Even the owner tries to cover for her staff by saying they did, but she only had one diaper missing from what I left (she told me that they used one from the back), I told her about her staff not cutting my daughters food and how certain foods are a choking hazard to children under 3, her response.. "oh that's never happened" lied to my face, but I caught her in a lie, however she didn't know one of her staff had already told me the truth. I'm over this place. I really fear for what really goes on in this place when parents aren't around, such a clueless, rude, Negligent and lies. Didn't even bother to cut my toddlers food. WHO FEEDS WHOLE MEAT BALLS TO A BABY?!?! So yeah soiled diaper all over play area, common sense choking hazards? No thanks Run far away from this place! Was touchton rd location. Didn't even apologize once! Talk about insult to injury. Each person from owner to staff, looked as if they couldn't understand why I was upset. Common sense mistakes? And lies? And rudeness when caught in a lie??? I'm beyond livid. A game of I give you my money, and you do bad things to my child. No mother wants to feel like her child will be over looked. Why would you do this to my innocent little girl? Why? And there's nothing I can do after paying my reg. Fees. Even though I'll never use this place again. If you use this place Be prepared to be lied to 2.be okay with your child not really being cared for 3.rude and loud employees that have no problem taking your money for their salary and demanding you be okay with...

We really like the business idea of this place, very convenient for non school days or parent nights out. Kids have fun and have a place to just be a kid for a while. The rates are drop in hourly and you can pay for meals as well. A few things we wish would change. Nap times. I understand nap time is a great thing for VPK children during your weekly school routine but for hourly drop in care that’s more of a free for all, we shouldn’t be paying for our children to sleep. Especially older children that don’t even nap at school/home. It’s supposed to be a kids park, for kids to play. It’s in the name so it’s frustrating to pay hourly and our kids to be taking a nap. Second thing is they don’t have enough staff so even tho they label themselves as drop in anytime, they reach capacity constantly so they end up turning parents away. So if you have to work or have anything important, you’re forced to show up early in the morning and pay just to ensure a slot for the day. Don’t come at 9 10 or 11 because they’ll be full and turn you away. So the way they advertise their business model doesn’t exactly align with the practices. Read fully. I have been through quite a few daycare as I have 4 children and this daycare is hands down the only one I will recommend 100% of the time. The comment about racism isn't true at all, the teachers and staff here are so loving and kind and welcoming that the kids just love it here. My daughter has been coming to this daycare since she was 2, and she is 4 now. We love it so much she will be going to vpk here as well. They treat my daughter like she is one of their own and they treat all of the kids the same way. My daughter is happy every single day I pick her up and even when it's drop off time and she's there monday-friday during school hours. She loves it so much she has tried to take ms cookie, ms Christy and even ms Jay home with her for a sleep over. If I have ever had a concern or question the director Ms Jay has always personally handled it effectively and efficiently. So many places simply don't care about the kids, that's Definitely not the case with this daycare. I know my child is safe and in good hands every time I drop her off and then pick her up, and she's always happy.
