Buyer beware! Kids' twin beds came damaged and the delivery guy advised us to get some paint to paint over it. I didn't think this was right, so I contacted the store and advised them of this and they asked for pictures. Pictures were emailed and I never heard back from them. Months passed by and still no word. I happened to check my email sent folder and realized that it had been approximately a year since I had heard from them. Emailed Katie and she stated that the replacement parts would cost $200 for the replacement box. Excuse me? I asked who was going to pay for it and she never replied. Last correspondence via email was 7.14.17. Ridiculous. I traveled from the other side of town to buy this furniture as I found it online and this was the only store in town that the manufacturer would ship through. I will NEVER buy anything else from them, nor will I refer anyone.

ME AND HUSBAND SEEN MARYS WHOLESALE FURNITURE ON A COMMERCIAL NO CREDIT CHECK SO WE DECIDED TO TRY THEM OUT AND SEE IS IT TRUE SO WE WENT IN AND TALK TO THE SALES LADY AND SHE WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL AND WE SEEN A BED WE LIKED SO WE FILLED OUT THE PAPERWORK AND WAS TOLD WE WAS APPROVED FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT ALL WE HAD TO DO WAS PUT DOWN 40 DOLLARS AND WE CAN GET THE BED ...BUT THATS WHAT WE THOUGHT. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT WE DIDN'T GET THE BED BECAUSE THE WHOLE DOWN PAYMENT CHANGED FROM 40 DOLLARS TO 181.00 DOLLARS AND OUR APPROVED AMOUNT WAS CHANGED FROM 865.00 TO 400.00 AND WHAT MADE US ANGRY WAS THAT WE THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS FINE WE WAS FIXING TO GET A BED AND ALL OF SUDDEN THE WHOLE DEAL FELL THROUGH I WILL NEVER. GO BACK TO MARYS AGAIN THEY WASTED MY TIME AND PATIENCE . WARNING, BEWARE!!!! The worst furniture store I have ever experienced. I moved into my new home in April, I ordered my furniture in May and this is September and I have yet to receive all of my furniture. There was little to no communication in regards to the status of my furniture. I think I was more than patient. However, had I not call them back in September I would have never known that the manufacturing company no longer carried my dining room suit and that they would have to get it made from China. REALLY!!!!!! If it is a dire must that you purchase furniture from this so called Furniture Company I will advise you to make sure you either purchase something that's on the floor room, or get it in writing, and make sure you record all of your conversations. They are good for making up lies and lies and more lies to cover their lack of professionalism. I ended up getting them to refund my money. Off to shopping again else where. This was an aweful Waste...I'm surprised they are still...
