Bought from them for years, since 2007. It used to be a more helpful and friendly place many years ago. If you're a woman, I wouldn't suggest this place unless you have thick skin. They have the typical "guy" minds here, woman can't possibly have any automotive intelligence, for example. My wife and my good friends wife got that type of treatment, years apart, so it's a culture thing. Except they could tear down a motor with the best of them. I'm giving up on them as a company, not just the store. Issue is Store & Online purchases aren't linked, so depending on where you buy, you may have zero purchase history. Can't look anything up or redeem points easily or at all. Not to mention there is no App, and the website structure is 1999 architecture, so even if you do buy online, after a very short period, it'll look like you have zero purchases. Other than research, the website is useless. It's 2024 people, let's use some of that money on advancing your customer experience, and allow long term customers a way to quickly buy things that need changing often. As is, you'll have to dig for what you need like it's your first time doing it, wasting time while feeling like you're on a blast from the past website with very basic data retention. The reason is classic, 100% greed, because you as a customer aren't worth the money to make advancements that benefit you. That money is better spent on the highlife for the leaders of this company. Which also explains why most employees I've delt with give the impression they could care less and hate being there. Likely not worth a decent wage to the C-suites and upper management. They love having a life not many will ever experience, and once they get the taste, they'll do anything to keep that life. I went to their competition, and they won my business back, because it was night and day from what I remember them being like, they actually put the work in and made advancements that better suit modern society expectations. So that's the only good thing I can say about O'Reilly these days, they forced me to find a better parts company,...

Read moreGot to replace my LED headlights on my truck is what I was told by the officer. absurd. I've only had the headlight bulbs for 2 years if that. Why do I have to replace the Bulb that's got a 5 year warranty? Well the Store in Cabot told me that I had to bring my set on the truck back and they would warranty the $100.00 bulbs but I had to pay for the replacement ones first so I could change them out at the house. Well I got the wrong ones and I live in Lonoke. It's getting dark so I only have my truck. I drove the truck up to the O'Reilly's in Lonoke and they said they were not going to be able to exchange them out for the right one's. I have to go back to Cabot. Well I bought them and I have been able to exchange something at O'Reilly's before that was purchased from a separate store. I have to drive back home now, no left headlight and no turn signals. I...
