UPDATE ON TACOBELL IN JACKSONVILLE, AR. They shorted us items and the woman handed me the bag through the drive through window so quickly that it tore. It was only because I caught things they didn't land on the ground. She didn't care about her job and was completely disinterested. The one taco we received (we were suppose to have 2) hardly had anything in it, and I was missing a burrito. $40 for 3 combos that hardly had anything in them and missing food on top of that was a complete rip off. TACO BELL, WE TRIED TO GIVE THIS LOCATION ANOTHER CHANCE BUT YOU WERE WORSE THAN BEFORE. WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN BETTER QUALITY FOOD (AND MORE OF IT) WITHOUT HAVING THINGS MISSING FROM ANOTHER MEXICAN RESTAURANT. I am changing my review on this specific location.
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.
My family and I went there the other night. A woman asked for our order. After my wife placed our order a man came across the drive-thru speaker and asked us to repeat the order because he wasn't listening. My wife repeated the order and we had to go through several corrections to get it correct (he apparently still wasn't listening).
We had to wait about 10 minutes just to go from the speaker to the window. This particular drive you may not leave as it is a closed in driveway.
We got to the window and there is a different man than who we spoke with via speaker. He only had us down for 2 drinks and nothing else (which was WAY off from our order). We realized that the car in front of us had gone in because their order was wrong, and several people inside were having order problems. When the man at the window wanted us to resubmit our order we declined and went to McDonald's.
Our experience was horrible. It will be a very long time...
Read moreI submitted a review to the website over 2 weeks ago and requested I be contacted, and still have not. The level of service I received was TERRIBLE at best. I waited for over 30 minutes to be served ONE cold quesoritto and a mtn dew.. that's pitiful. In that amount of time I could've trained myself to the same level of the employees, hell, maybe even the manager that day and then cooked my own food. This wouldn't usually be a problem however it's not out of the ordinary for this location. It's a usual thing here, there's ALWAYS only one vehicle parked outside and generally the cashier just disappears for several minutes upon me driving up.. which is mildly concerning. Does reliable transportation not matter for fast food employees? I guess reliable anything doesn't matter to taco bell, not even reliable customers.. I'm not generally the kind to complain, and wont especially if I know it's pointless, but something really needs to change with management because this locations employees are piss-poor. They'd get better work out of homeless people from the Broadway area in NLR. At least they'd be grateful and probably give me more than two sauce packs.. another thing.. how would it make things right and just fix stuff by just giving me a "1 free taco" slip signed by a "Tracy" for the epitome of waiting? I've received better service at a taco truck outside a Panama city...
Read moreI ordered from the app and went in to pick it up when it was ready. My bag was under the counter and not on the shelf. I didn't think it was all there so I took it to the car to have my daughter check since she ordered it. It was missing 2 Mexican pizzas and a machos bell grande. I went back into the business and told them things were missing. All of the employees were sitting together in the dining room. The older woman asked me what was missing so I told her. She looked at me like I had just spit on her or something. One of the guys working said another man had taken something off of the shelf before I came in and she said I know with such an attitude. So they remake my stuff and I leave. When we began to eat our food it was horrible. The Mexican pizza tasted old, the tacos tasted old and completely fell apart. They had almost nothing in them. The nacho chips also tasted old. The only good thing was the pintos and cheese. For what I spent those were some pricey beans. This is the second time the Mexican pizza tasted old. The last time I ate there, over six months ago, I had the same issue with the pizza and nachos. Lastly, the older woman working had waist length hair and although it was in a pony tail she was shaking her hair around. She was also complaining about the drive thru customers with other customers in the store. I absolutely will not...
