UPDATE 8-30-23 re: Absolutely Rude Clerk I quick update. Tony Diaz Operations Manager at this location immediately contacted me and has looked into this situation. I was very pleased with the outcome and Store Manager Thomas Martin has been made aware of this incident as well. The clerk will be retrained and has been made aware this behavior will not be tolerated. ALL WAS CAUGHT ON CAMERA along with audio. Surely pleased with the outcome. Will be returning once again. Thank you Tony for handling this in a very professional manner.

Absolutely rude clerk! Barbara ID 101 light skinned woman, glasses and small tat on her left hand tended to my mother and I. Not at all courteous and lacked any level of customer service skills. This woman must be having a bad day but no excuse to treat your clients less than. I've worked in the customer service industry for YEARS and I've never met someone so rude and extremely unhappy. I was under the impression that any and all customers should be treated with the utmost respect and with much decency. Not a hello or goodbye at any point.

While we bagged our groceries, this woman took no care to handle any item carefully as she abruptly pushed the items towards me and ruined one of our items which we endeavored to take care of. Our sweet bread was ruined and she paid no mind to her mishandling of our EXPENSIVE products. Really disappointed with this experience. Not my first time here but certainly will be my last. I will be sure to share this on all social media and post these reviews throughout the web. Fortunately I have a large following of the latino community and will be contacting corporate as well. Either retrain this woman or let her go. Any and all experiences should be great especially when you're patronizing latin establishments as this. I gave it a 3 stars would have 4 but I notice since Grand Opening there are less Mgmt visibility. Store is nicely displayed and layer out. Very eye catching, I could get in trouble in here but I came on opening day and I found some of the meats were not fresh after I had freeze it and when I went to cook or use something I purchase I was not please with the quality or the end results. I brought a pkg of salt pork it was sour, yes sour. I brought Roast beef from deli 1-1/2 ,lbs I ended up giving it away taste was not right. Roast beef is not cheap by no means. Rowe has increased their prices tremendously especially the Meat dept. The chicken pkg I purchase was slithering like maybe oil on it but I know that wasn't the case. When I separated it it felt slithering. I smelt it it didn't smell spoil or bad but it could be brand or manufacturer. The company that you get it from you may want to take notice. Now let's talk about how expensive it is to shop for meats. They're not reasonable for me when you have abundance of merchandise and paying prices like we are shopping at that other store down the street. I get you have to pass the cost over to your consumer but yall have gotten expensive. Omg! the price of your Oxtails way over my budget. I always brought my Oxtails from beach blvd but over the last 2 yrs I can't afford to even by small pack. $19. really and family pack over $35. Nah my family won't be eating them especially at those prices. I rather go without. I never see Meat Specials in your Meat Department. Need to reevaluate your Wholesale Merchant who you purchase from. If your buying bulk you should be paying cheaper prices where you can pass it on to your Valuable Customers. Overall the Store, Staff and Appearance is right on. Keep up the Great work you're Investing in. The neighborhood needs more stores like yours. Get more for you buck. Love the meat dwpt, but some shady stuff went down today in parking lot. Some guy stole something or possibly some one (could not get the whole story on what started ot, but half the store employees ran out to the parking lot, and then this suv squelched out of a parking space almost ran over a ladys head , she fell trying to get out of the way, while someone was hanging in the driver's window punching the guy in the face, while his passage door was open and it slammed the other parked car and the driver was hitting cars trying to get outta there and the dude punching him in the face fell off.of the car and almost.got run.over It was really wild. The cashier who was suppose to be checking me out, just ran outside to watch what was going on, while people were.walik g outta the store with free stuff cuz all the cashiers were outside .turned out the girl who almost got her head run.over was also a cashier and was in shock and possible hurt, the driver hit something or someone while he was making his get away. I hope all that was not over shoplifting, cuz while this was going on allot of shop lifting was being done cuz they all left their post . Crazy, then my cashier comes.back in, looks at me waiting fo r her to ring me oout, and she takes off again. Really messed up. So a very shady experience for sure Feeling of being safe in the parking lot just hit a all time low. When my cashier came back in and took off again, I was asked to slide out.of.the way.with my cart so this kid could squeeze by.with a cart full of food, he just walked right out.of the store, buggy full. He was behind me waiting also, and when they saw the cashier take off again , they made a break for it. Probably tired of...
