My wife and I were so excited to go in tonight and have the French Chibatta dipper we kept seeing. As we were driving to the store we were going to order online and opened the app to our surprise we saw a coupon on the top of the page for a Bogo 5.00 deal. So before could order we were already at the store and just went in we let the cashier know we had a Bogo and first thing out of her mouth was we don’t do that any more. Huh!! The coupon was on your website and says it expires jauary 31 and it’s the 27th we don’t do that anymore is all she kept saying then we inquired about the 1.00 soup with purchase of 10.00. We don’t do that anymore is all she said. As we continued to go back and forth about why is it on your website someone else walked up and asked if she could help after we asked the same question she said yes we still have that deal and that was it, problem fixed or so we thought. After the other employee told her we do she gives us a total with out the discount and asked if we have a my Panera we said yes put our number again and she continues to give us the same total we asked her to take the discount off and I can’t make it up she asked again do we have a my Panera account and gives us the total with out the discount. Why would people argue with guest when we are showing them what there corporate office is promoting it and they continue to argue. Besides that the food it self was very flavor and I would recommend. I would of liked a little more meat as it looks nothing like the picture they advertised and maybe some more dipping sauce as you run out after the first half of your sandwich and all you have is French onion onions left. Besides our problem with the team member everything is always great at this location. We come all the time and meet our daughter for lunch or dinner here. Heck I gave my whole family a Panera gift card...
Read moreI came here this morning for breakfast since I received a gift card for Christmas. I was thoroughly disappointed with the food, with the cashier we encountered, and with the condescending manager that my significant other encountered. I've been going to different paneras for years. When I asked for cinnamon in my chair, I was told no. They don't carry it. I asked how long have they not carried it, because I just had a chai tea latte not even a month ago from a different Panera with cinnamon. She said she didn't know. Then kept telling us she could t hear us and removed her mask to speak twice. I'm not sure if that's a corporate or franchise thing. My significant other went to check and see if maybe they had any by the coffee/tea area and when he asked the manager she was very rude to him and reading empty containers. He looked there before asking. There was no reason for her unprofessional behavior. The chai tea were awful. Super bland and no flavor. The cinnamon raisin bagel I ordered was really hard and my two year old cut her mouth on them when I was sharing it with her. I will not be back to this location, and may cut out any future trips to other paneras. The steel cut oatmeal with cinnamon, pecans, and strawberries, was the only item of food that was okay to eat for me. My significant other ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel...

Ordered bagels from the website the night before for pickup next day. Received email that my order is ready. When I arrive at the Mandarin store, the order was not ready because they ran out of bagels (begging the question why send me email that the order is ready). Told them to just cancel the order. They never did. Called the store back multiple times for refund but they never answered the phone.
Called Customer Care on the website about the order problems. Customer Care tried to contact the store multiple times without success, then issued me a refund; also said this store would be on a regional report for not fulfilling the order.
The guy they had handling curbside delivery was not following CDC guidelines. I saw him speaking to other customers through open windows about a foot away from the customers with his mask completely off. His nose was out of his mask when he spoke with me. Saw him handing orders directly to the customers (not contactless). If I can see violations like this, I start wondering about the CDC violations happening inside the store that I can't see. If you are trying to avoid COVID, you probably want to choose another Panera store.
Used to like this location, but this past visit was one bad customer experience...
