The Crown Jewel — Local services in Jacksonville

My experience with this shop has been very disappointing. I waited from the beginning of July to the end of November for my ring to get made. There was no communication from the shop or updates on when my ring would be done even though initially I was told 4 weeks. When I called to find out what was going on I was told I must have fallen through the cracks. The ring I was having made was in memory of a deceased loved one and her own ring was to be melted down and incorporated into the new one. I was told that using that ring would help lower the cost but that didn't happen. No information about what was done to make the ring or the stones from the ring I brought was provided. I was just told that the ring was ready after waiting almost 5 months. I expected so much more from a jewelry store in Jacksonville. I would not recommend this shop to anyone wanting...
